Of
medieval origin Auvernier is the nicest village in the wine growing
area of Neuchâtel's county.
The 23 ha composed of various vineyards around Auvernier enjoy
direct and reflected sun light from the lake of Neuchâtel all the
year round.
With these excellent
condition and a clay-chalk soil, Chasselas, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris
and Chardonnay grow and mature at their best to produce elaborated
wines which are rich, fruity, and long in mouth.
Our vineyard manager, Francis Ballet, is strict and limits the
production to obtain and maintain the best grape quality. His
professionalism contributes to the elaboration of our great wines. |
